Role Overview:
Marketing Strategist is a multifaceted role. Responsibilities will include managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and contributing to the hands-on delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing multiple hats and excited about the opportunity to shape the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and goals to ensure the delivery of appropriate solutions
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs
Project Management and Service Delivery
- Oversee the execution of marketing projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate resources and team members to ensure timely delivery of services
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Contribute directly to the delivery of marketing services
- Collaborate with other team members to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Assist in the expansion of service offerings and documentation of processes
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
- Contribute to proposals and pitches for new business opportunities
- Help refine and develop new service offerings based on market demand and client needs
