Offering the job
- [ ] Send the offer letter, contract and/or IC agreement
Once they accept the job and return the signed agreement:
- [ ] Create their company email address and calendar access.
- [ ] Add them to Slack
- [ ] Add them to Gusto
- [ ] Add them to the Notion team member portal.
- [ ] Send calendar invites for any relevant weekly/monthly meetings.
- [ ] Send the “Welcome to Madison Email”.
- [ ] Schedule their travel and itinerary for their trip to Evanston for their first week.
