Offering the job

• [ ] Send the offer letter, contract and/or IC agreement

Once they accept the job and return the signed agreement:

• [ ] Create their company email address and calendar access.
• [ ] Add them to Slack
• [ ] Add them to Gusto
• [ ] Add them to the Notion team member portal.
• [ ] Send calendar invites for any relevant weekly/monthly meetings.
• [ ] Send the “Welcome to Madison Email”.
• [ ] Schedule their travel and itinerary for their trip to Evanston for their first week.
