Preparing the Webinar - 4 weeks prior

• [ ] Create event page on LinkedIn. Limit the number of fields to maximize registrants.
• [ ] Design a custom share image for LinkedIn
  • [ ] Include faces of key speakers in the marketing materials.
  • [ ] Make sure date and time are clearly visible.
  • [ ] Make it obvious where to register.
• [ ] Schedule the webinar for mid-week. 10 or 11am tend to perform the best.
• [ ] Use a high quality microphone and camera.
• [ ] Consider having a co-host or moderator
• [ ] If reviews or feedback are important, try to capture them during the meeting
